Things have been improving on the running front recently.
I had a final session with the physio this week and he was impressed with how i've improved. I'm to keep doing strengthening exercises to help with hips and knees and things should continue to improve.
I've signed up for a few local races and will see what level i'm at with the first one and hopefully improve my times after each race. But getting out and enjoying running again (relatively pain free) is the main aim.

Just reading that it seems quite a lot but roughly one a month should allow a lot of time to rest!
