I've had a full week of training. This is the first time in a long time that i've done this and am feeling quite happy about it.
I managed a nice long run on Monday - on and around the greenway again and ventured over the new bridge into Kenilworth. Had a bit of a bearing loss but a bit of research will make that nice addition to the route.
Did body pump gym session on Tuesday. Wednesday was a 7.5km tempo run on the treadmill. Spin and gym session Thursday and a speed session Friday.
Mixed in knee exercises with these sessions most days so a most productive week.
Toying with the idea or 5 mile race on Sunday, but not sure if I should just stick to training well for the time being. Will see how I feel Sunday morning.
