It'a a challenge, not a race don't get fixated on time
Take your time - use the pitstops. Take a rest have a break.
Have a massage
Enjoy it
Fuel properly the day before and on the morning
Check breakfast times at the hotels
Hot pot porridge tastes like crap and is not your friend
Need to find better fuel
Look at dehydration
